Erich Birch... helps clients obtain environmental permits, provides compliance assistance, and represents client interests on a wide array of environmental and regulatory compliance issues. His primary substantive practice areas include air quality, climate change, industrial and hazardous waste, Superfund, environmental audits, enforcement, and rule drafting and analysis. Prior to private practice he was an environmental attorney for the Texas Water Commission. Erich is a mechanical engineer, and worked in the chemical industry prior to law school. He is also an arbitrator and a mediator, and is a frequent speaker on environmental and law practice management topics. Cindy Becker... represents private and public clients on construction law matters before state agencies and courts. Her practice is dedicated to construction law matters, and her specific practice areas include hiring of design professionals, contractors, and construction managers, drafting of contract documents, and selection and implementation of construction procurement methods. Additionally, Cindy is involved in arbitrations, mediations, settlement negotiations, and litigation for both her private and public clients. Angela Moorman... focuses her practice primarily on water quality and storm water permitting, municipal solid waste permitting and compliance, environmental enforcement issues, and other related environmental law topics including endangered species and wetlands. She is an active participant in Texas Commission on Environmental Quality stakeholder groups and development of agency rules and general permits. Angela has a masters degree in environmental science and served as a legislative aide in Washington. Angela is licensed to practice law in Texas and Oklahoma. |
