Angela received a B.A. in political science from the University of Oklahoma in 1993 and
received a law degree from Indiana University-Bloomington School of Law in 1997.
Additionally, Angela has a M.S. in environmental science, received in 1997, from the
Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs. She is a member of the
American Bar Association (Environment, Energy and Resources Section), the State
Bar of Texas (Environmental and Natural Resources Section), the Oklahoma Bar
Association (Environmental Law Section), and the Travis County Bar Association.

Angela Moorman practices in the areas of
environmental and administrative law. With ten
years of experience, she is licensed in both Texas
and Oklahoma. Angela's practice focuses
primarily on environmental compliance and
enforcement issues, water quality permitting
(including storm water), municipal solid waste
permitting, and other related environmental law
topics, including endangered species and
wetlands.

Angela practices before the Texas Commission
on Environmental Quality, the State Office of
Administrative Hearings, and the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency, and has been a
